1. Introduction

Welcome to Austin Studio, located at D-157, Gamma 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and participation in any of our dance programs, workshops, or events. By accessing our website, registering for classes, or participating in our activities, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Enrollment & Registration

  • All participants must register in advance via our website, in person, or through WhatsApp.
  • Full payment is required before joining any class, program, or event.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration for any reason, including inappropriate behavior or violation of studio rules.

3. Payment Policy

  • Welcome to Austin Studio, located at D-157, Gamma 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. These Terms & Conditions governPayments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any accepted digital method.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of studio management. Late payment of dues may result in suspension from classes until resolved.

4. Class Conduct & Safety

  • Students must wear appropriate attire and footwear suitable for dance.
  • Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any harmful substances is strictly prohibited on studio premises.
  • Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct will result in immediate removal and permanent ban from the studio.
  • For everyone’s safety, students must follow all instructions given by instructors.

5. Health & Liability Disclaimer

  • Participants should be in good physical condition and understand that dance involves physical activity that may cause injury.
  • Austin Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injury or health issue that may arise from participation.
  • You participate at your own risk. We recommend consulting a doctor before beginning any new physical activity.

6. Class Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled due to holidays, weather, emergencies, or instructor availability.
  • In such cases, make-up classes will be offered where possible.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions unless cancelled by the studio.

7. Media Usage Consent

  • Austin Studio may capture photos or videos during classes or events for promotional purposes (social media, website, flyers, etc.).
  • By attending, you consent to this use. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before attending.

8. Use of Studio Facilities

  • Students must respect the studio space and keep it clean.
  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the student. Austin Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage.
  • Parents or guardians dropping off minors must ensure prompt pickup after classes.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All choreography, course materials, and class content are the intellectual property of Austin Studio.
  • Any recording, duplication, or sharing without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be settled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
